I understand this journey because I live it now, as I have for over 30 years.

My journey began in the hospitality and service industries, a foundation that shaped my belief that people and culture sit at the heart of every successful business.

Since then, I’ve continued to start, build, buy, sell, advise, and invest in businesses across the UK.

I’ve always believed that good business comes from learning, not just in theory, but through lived experience. Every company I’ve built, advised, or led has taught me something new about people, growth, and leadership.

That belief in life-long learning is what keeps my approach current and practical.

I’ve written two books –
